Dugout treat event – each dugout required to have candy for other teams and families to trick or treat on Friday and Saturday
Players and coaches are encouraged to play in costumes during pool play
Umpires vote on best costumes at each pool game. The winners with the most votes gets an award on sunday.
Parents who dress up get discounted admission to the park
Umpires encouraged to dress up as well
